For your convenience we have provided documentation for Building permit applications below. Payment accepted are cash, check (payable to City of Wixom) and credit card (please note 3% or minimum $2.00 processing fee is applicable). These payments can be taken in person at Wixom City Hall. In addition, checks can be mailed with the application while credit cards can be paid by phone as well.
