Park Rental Policy

FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR DATE. This includes the rental fee and $100 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded provided the park remains in an acceptable condition and terms of the rental agreement are met. This will be verified by City of Wixom Staff.

Our parks are open to the public and will remain so during your rental. Permit holders DO NOT have exclusive use of areas outside of the rented facility.

Reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable. The person who signs the contract is solely responsible.

All items, including trash, must be removed immediately following your event.

We do not issue refunds due to inclement weather.

PARK RULES
1. Park Hours are 7 AM to 10 PM.
2. No beverages in glass containers are allowed.
3. Vehicles are allowed on roadways and in designated parking areas only.
4. Road to pavilion is for loading and unloading only—NO PARKING ALLOWED.
5. Explosives and fireworks are prohibited.
6. Animals must be on a leash.
7. Persons with a permit are primary users of the permitted areas.
