- Certified Birth Certificate or Naturalization Certificate
- Driver’s License
- Passport Photo WE DO NOT TAKE PASSPORT PICTURES

Passport Renewals: Adult passport renewals are prepared and mailed by the applicant using the DS-82 form. Passport renewals for passports issued to minors, or for passports that have expired 5 years or more must be completed as new passports using theDS-11 form and executed by a Passport Acceptance Agent.
Current Processing Times as of April 10, 2025:
- Routine Service: 4-6 weeks
- Expedited Service: 2-3 weeks * $60 extra dollars
