Notary Location: Wixom Municipal Offices -  49045 Pontiac Trail, Wixom Michigan

Notary Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Notary Rates:

• Wixom Resident -  The first Notary signature is free. Any additional Notary signatures within the same document are $3 per signature
• Non-Resident - $5 per Notary signature
• Wixom Business Owner - $3 for each Notary signature 

Notary Policy

Notaries acting on behalf of the City of Wixom shall:

• All individuals requesting notary services must be present.
• All parties must sign in the presence of a Notary public. Do not pre-sign your documents.
• We will confirm the identity of all individuals against a government issued photo ID (i.e. driver license, passport)
• Documents shall not contain blanks. Incomplete document will not be notarized. 
• The document must be written in the English language. 
• Notaries cannot certify or notarize that a record is an original or true copy of another record. 
• The City of Wixom will not notarize copies of passports or I-9 forms, or copies of closing documents, trusts, or wills.

The notary has the right to refuse to notarize any document.
